On-line detection and monitoring of process parameters of pre-shrinking machine Aug 18, 2018

During the weaving and dyeing and finishing process, the fabric gathers a large internal stress, and the fabric which has not been pre-shrinked is made into a garment, and after washing, a certain degree of shrinkage and deformation will occur. The pre-shrinking machine adopts a mechanical physical method to retract the fabric in the warp direction, so as to restore the balanced bending state of the yarn, so that it has good dimensional stability, full hand feeling and low shrinkage rate.

 

The traditional pre-shrinking machine has been continuously improved and improved over the years. The mechanical structure, performance and PLC frequency conversion control can basically meet the requirements of printing and dyeing processing. At the same time, the process parameters such as humidity, temperature and shrinkage rate are established to realize on-line detection and monitoring. The parts involved include the active roller and tension control system; centrifugal humidification device, steam roller wet and humidity detection system; electric weft insertion device; pre-shrinkage tension control system; pre-shrinkage detection system; pre-shrinking machine Temperature control system; cloth tension control system; felt temperature control system; manual safety protection system.

 

The fabric humidity signal measured by the humidity sensor in the pre-shrinking machine detection system is fed back to the PLC programmable, and the moisture content of the fabric is intuitively controlled by adjusting the relative humidity according to the process requirements. The pre-shrinking machine enters and exits the speed signal monitored by the cloth roller encoder and feeds back to the PLC to realize the programmable detection pre-shrinkage rate.

 

According to the process requirements, the pre-shrinking machine passes the temperature detection system, and is programmed by the PLC to set the temperature control of the control unit to the actuator, monitor the surface temperature of the blanket pressure roller to make the temperature constant; and program the steady-state accuracy through the PLC. The proportional relationship with the dynamic accuracy is always the same, and the fabric tension is constant.http://www.haida-textile.com/
